Breathe.


When your chest feels tight, when your mind wanders around and can't hold a thought - go and sit in nature. In my case - walk, breathe in the air of the forest or the smell of the earth after the rain.


Look at the sunset or the cloud formations above you, dance in the rain and jump into the lake, swim towards the sun and dive down. Into the dark, where the sounds disappears and you just feel the body of water embrace you with life. This is home for me. It’s not holidays, it’s our everyday.


Watch your dog or child explore new areas, watch them being excited about the new, be the child or the dog. Run, laugh and live. Feel the ground under you, feel the structure of a tree...
